We hope you will be delighted with your new bike for many years. If you are not entirely satisfied you may send all unused articles back to us within 30 days without any objection. We grant a 5-year warranty on all our frames and 2 years on the components.

In case there is no dealer near you, we’re doing everything to make your online purchase experience as smooth and confident as possible. As for technical support or maintenance, on top of Ahooga official dealers, you may rely on most bike maintenance shops as Ahooga Bikes are principally made of standard components.

Within the EU, any missing articles will of course be delivered to you subsequently and free of charge. All our packages are fully insured during transport.

Omnium insurance

The package offers the availability of a multi-risk, stand-alone insurance policy allowing you to insure your bike for theft and damage. It includes roadside assistance. Available in Belgium only.

Pick-up

You can also choose to pick up your bike in person from the Ahooga House in Brussels/Belgium. Pick-up is organized through an online appointment planner for you to arrange the most convenient pick-up time. Pick-up comes with a full tour of the bike’s features.

Sustainability

Our intention in the medium term is to produce locally in Belgium. We love the idea of a reduced carbon footprint and a local economy boost. Yet, this will require some extra time and efforts. Until then, we produce the Ahooga Bike with a Belgian family based in Eastern Europe.

Besides, all Ahooga employees are provided with Ahooga Bikes as a means for transport to and from work.
